Our Mission
ELMOREVISION Entertainment expects to be the next wave in quality filmmaking. More importantly, we expect to be a major player in the film industry for the next thirty-plus years following in the footsteps of visionary companies such as DREAMWORKS, TYLER PERRY STUDIOS, and IMAGINE. Our formula is simple: entertain our audiences, spark conversation, add a great cast, inject a soundtrack that audiences will be humming for years, and then promote, promote, promote. We understand that the movie-going public does not want to spend their hard-earned money on a movie just because it is something to do on a Friday night. ElmoreVision’s goal is to take the Alfred Hitchcock approach. We want to make going to see one of our feature films an event, something to talk about at work on a Monday morning. It all starts with the story.
For ElmoreVision, story is everything. Luckily for us, we have one of the soon to be hottest young writer/Directors in the movie business today. It is the equivalent of having a Quentin Tarantino, or Martin Scorsese on our team, only this filmmaker is African American and he not only does gritty, intense features that have the potential to win Oscars and make a lot of money, but he also does comedy. He has his ear to the streets and his mind in the movie theaters.
TO GET AWAY WITH CHEATING. Our next feature COMPLEX became the hottest erotic thriller in the past ten years. After COMPLEX came GUTTER, PLATINUM, 10 REASONS WHY MEN CHEAT AND DOUBLE KILL. The ball just keeps on rolling for ElmoreVision with our newer feature films EVERYBODY HATES CHRISTMAS, PERC 30, GUNS DOWN, and the soon-to-be-released female prison movie BARS.
CASTING for ElmoreVision is where the fun is. This is where we use our resources… industry connections, friends, and casting agents like Aisha Coley (Enemy Of The State, Soul Men, Secret Life Of Bees) and Amber Bickham (Def Comedy Jam, Jimmy Kimmel Live) to put together a solid cast that audiences will enjoy. We understand that the right actors can make or break a film so we take casting very seriously.
MUSIC is also a key factor in our feature films. So many filmmakers fall short when it comes to music. At ElmoreVision we use music (through soundtracks and music videos) to promote our stories and generate income. We have a slew of hot music producers that we call “family” working on every ElmoreVision project.
This is what we feel makes a movie great. With our tenacity and knowledge of the industry, we plan to make ElmoreVision Entertainment a top production company for years to come.
