Texas native Sheryl Denise is a passionate servant and artist with over 30 years of acting experience, over 15 years of voice artistry experience, and many decades of experience in dance, writing, and choreography. Most recently, she was added to the ranks of film producers, grateful to have completed her first feature film under that title. She has always found her way to being a part of the arts community in some capacity, starting as a child. Even in ministry, she uses her artistry to inspire, bring awareness, and seed positive and critical activism. She has a passion for working with youth and women to help them develop their artistic gifts and talents, or just tap into the creative aspects of their personalities and better understand the experiences designed to help draw them closer to the Most High God. Grounded in the belief that creativity and artistic self-expression are healing powers, she noticed how often creative expression can be underutilized in our culture. Sheryl Denise believes a big part of her purpose is to help remedy that where she can by serving while inspiring, not just artistically but in her day-to-day walk in life. She obtained her undergraduate degree in psychology and her MBA in human resources management from Colorado Technical University. Living such an active life, she relishes her downtime and Sabbaths when she can enjoy film, a great story, outdoor walks, theater, cooking, home-bodying, and delicious mid-afternoon naps.
